Seller agreement

SELLER AGREEMENT — Christian Store India (draft: replace with the text from your lawyer) 1. I sell only genuine, legal products. No photocopied, pirated or fake books. I am fully responsible if a product is not genuine. 2. My listings (title, photos, condition, price) are true. Christian Store India may correct or remove any listing and may suspend my account. 3. I ship within my dispatch time and pack safely. Damaged, wrong or late items, returns and return-to-origin (RTO) costs caused by me are deducted from my payouts. 4. Customer details are used only to deliver the order — never for my own marketing, and never shared. 5. Marketplace (books): Christian Store India pays me the sale amount minus commission and fees, after the customer confirms delivery. 6. Supplier model (products with GST): I sell to Christian Store India. My invoice is made in the portal when I confirm the order; I am paid after the customer confirms delivery. Stock sent to the FBC warehouse is on sale-or-return: unsold stock is invoiced or returned within 6 months. 7. If a customer or an authority makes a claim because of my product, I cover the costs of Christian Store India. 8. No offensive content, no banned items, no content attacking any faith.
